Someone mentioned reaching out to David Lyons and I did so on Facebook. I tried on Twitter but it's difficult because I don't want to put all private info out there. Maybe if someone could reach out to David and have him check the post here that might help.

Not sure why you want to be so easy on Global at this point. Two weeks to not respond is atrocious and a lack of respect to the player. The zendesk app sucks. It typically auto-responds via keyword search and when you still have an issue, could get a carousel of people receiving it. The ticket number should allow them to follow up, but like most online CS depts...they suck at it.
I definitely would not out your info it and probably should ask a mod to delete yours here, too. I have contact info I can give you but have to PM it to you. I've posted in the past and it has been quickly deleted. It is shameful to have to wait this long and not even have the money put back into your account.

It sounds as if your payment was submitted but DK'd pretty early, maybe via WP and they just have not gotten around to dealing with it.
