Global asked for My Id and then said it had a problem less than 1 minute after submitting all pics and id. Hello GlobalPokerCSKimbr are you around?

For someone who's been here since 2008, this question is quite amateurish. Did they say what was wrong with it? If I had to guess, I'd say it's the file size they have a problem with? Or the file format? Your ID isn't expired, is it? What type of ID did you use? Ask them what's wrong with it instead of posting here to try to 'escalate' to another CSR. I assure you, it's probably a very simple fix.

OP, as someone who had the pleasure of signing up hundreds of players to US facing rooms after Black Friday - the usual problems in this regard are (as the poster said above) file sizes and expiry or lack of timeliness of the documents (Intertops required a bill or statement with a matching address that was 3 months old at most for instance).

Ideally you are not among those I signed that actually sent in fake IDs or IDs of other people (yeah, people did this) or an ID with the wrong address (a ton of people did this or only had bills in their ex-girlfriend dog's name), but the easiest way to resolve it is to email them and ask what you need to do the next time to meet their requirements. Seems like a ton of other people managed to to that to date - so it is something you should be able to accomplish.

Nope nothinG on what the problem is! i did the DL front, then next page DL back, then next page a selfie, that took a few mins as i have many. All jpeg dont know why they wanted all this, sent it anyway. Less than a min after submitting the 3rd jpeg (actually almost instantly) popup appears saying there is a problem. No link no instructions just the popup.

I will try email if that is what you are suggesting, thing is when ever i send email they answer with its not my email address.

I am tech savvy and hope you are also. This is what i did 3 separate JPEGs all under or around 700k in size

Well, just keep at it. Many others on that site have gotten past this problem you are having, and I have always managed to get past it on the countless of sites I have had accounts with, and as well I managed to get nearly all the Americans I signed up with to the point where they followed the instructions properly. Keep at it and you should be able to vanquish this virtual dragon you face.

Bear in mind, you may also have to play through the $weeps 20x, as I am required to. So, it could be worse.

Hello. Haven't verified my account yet but close to a balance where I can actually do a cash out (only deposited a small amount a long time ago). Needless to say I am not that thrilled with the idea of sending my drivers license or SSN online. I guess I am wondering how reliable this NetVerify thing is and if anyone has had or heard of any issues. Looked on Google and opinion are the usual awful and great.

I used to live on a boat and my boat's registration #s are still on my ID, while my bank statement and utility bills are at the apartment I live in now.

Will this be an issue?

Yes this could be a issue I would go get my ID updated then send it in so no flags are raised on their end. Make sure all info is the same it just makes things easier on you. Also make sure you look over everything and make sure it spelled correct on the forms you submit.

My cash out is still pending I submitted it 7/23 at around 1am. It always moved pretty quick in the past (pending, Approve, complete, how ever it goes. But its been stuck you think the maintenance would have an affect on it.
