I've been pleased with the pace my prizes have been redeemed recently as well as my marvelous ability to read the various sub-sections of the cashier.

Hey guys- so starting playing again on global after a short break. Haven't cashed out since they removed paypal but recently ran up the bankroll a little so cashing a little out i use my green dot. When making a withdrawal will they send money back to the green dot card or are they e-mail me saying i need to give another card or bank info? Anyone ever withdrew using their greendot? Thanks

I have deposited with Green Dot but use a standard checking account for withdrawals. When I went through the verification process I didn't think the generic activity statement available online would be sufficient, but I could be wrong.

Requested less than $200 payout and was denied for not meeting the minimal cash out. My last deposit was less than a week ago and only for $100. This is laughable that in this industry you can't withdraw your money at any time. Also I've put at least 2k in the site this year. I'll be cashing out asap and avoiding the site from here on out.

So I requested my first cash out and had to go through the verification process also- got all that set up in a day, and 48 hours later the withdraw was in my checking account. Thanks for the great customer service! I might have to seriously consider playing more than the occasional tournament here and there!

2nd request also denied claiming I have to grind out x more dollars. They also miscounted the number of tournament buyins i've had since the last deposit. This is a very bad look IMO that will likely deter me from ever depositing here again.

Play through requirements are standard for all sites and are calculated the same way by all poker sites. That is, wagered ($WEEPS CASH™) bets (be they tournament buy-ins or ring game hands).

Also, you cannot "deposit" in Global Poker. When you buy Gold Coins you receive the promotional tool of $weeps Cash™ free of charge.

If you can provide your latest Zendesk ticket id or your Global Poker username, I would be more than happy to check with our CS team how much more you need to play through.

Call it what you want, but it's very standard in the industry to be able to withdrawl >= the amount you deposited as long as it meets the minimum cashout amount. I've never had to wager a certain amount to get my money back out.

This is the first time I've had the issue on global as usually I put in more volume. I guess it will be a lesson to everyone who just wants to play a tournament or 2 and cash out at a time.

I'll probably play again on global but am disappointed in this policy.

Given the fiasco that was the customer service in the satellite tournment issues a couple weeks back, I was dreading cashing out given that since my last cashout, my ID had expired and I changed banks. I couldnt have been more wrong.

Requested cashout - 10 PM on 5/19
Was told by support to resubmit all necessary documents - 1 AM 5/20
All documents submitted - 10 AM 5/20
All documents approved - 1 PM 5/20
Money in my account - 8 AM 5/22

Im very pleased with how quick and professional support was this time compared to last. Very obvious the level of training on this side of things compared to general requests differs and not that having poorly trained reps is acceptable but if they are going to be poorly trained, Im glad those reps arent on the money side of things.

Want to mention how blazing fast everything was (as fast as email can get).
Requested cashout, received verification email within the hour, submitted documents, verified within two hours of requesting cashout.
Cashout approved and changed to "paid" the next day -- haven't received funds but took less than 24 hours so far!

quick question guys, what do you guys recommend i cash out with? i live in Connecticut and what it to go as smooth as possible for the first cash out. im open to any method really. should i set up a skrill wallet? after the money goes to your skrill account, how do i send the money to my bank account? thanks guys for the info, appreciate it.

i been waiting almost two weeks for a redemption had some problems with my bank statement address not matching with the original address i signed up with but theres no way to update your address in your account settings..

we clear that up i get an email saying how my account is all good and how my funds will be in my account in 5 business days come 5 days still not there so i have to contact support again come to find out nobody ever sent the funds so here i am waiting another 5 days to see if it actually comes this time smh i dont know whats goin on with global used to be cool
