Given the fiasco that was the customer service in the satellite tournment issues a couple weeks back, I was dreading cashing out given that since my last cashout, my ID had expired and I changed banks. I couldnt have been more wrong.
Requested cashout - 10 PM on 5/19
Was told by support to resubmit all necessary documents - 1 AM 5/20
All documents submitted - 10 AM 5/20
All documents approved - 1 PM 5/20
Money in my account - 8 AM 5/22
Im very pleased with how quick and professional support was this time compared to last. Very obvious the level of training on this side of things compared to general requests differs and not that having poorly trained reps is acceptable but if they are going to be poorly trained, Im glad those reps arent on the money side of things.
