Hey smart guy I play 6 max cash maybe a 9 max if I need to fill a slot. I don’t have the patience for mtts and have not put much work into getting better at them. I play a micro mtt here and there just to **** around so whatever sharkscope says about my mtt results doesn’t have **** to do with what I grind. Some of my favorite games from back in the day were 3-6 handed reg battles at a 6m table.

Also, when you lose to a good player, it's like, "well, he's a strong reg he'll win some, whatever", but then when you lose to a fish it's like hyachachachachacha

Edit: around '07 or so when I was coming up I played multiple sessions of 3 handed 200/400 limit hold em against the two biggest winners on the site at that time. It's still a fond memory. I don't ever remember taking money from some fish.

Oh yeah I also remember durrrr talking about how playing in tough reg battles made him a much better player than he would have been had he just bumhunted or whatever.

Sng's have been online since early 2000,s, no reason to think they will be dead next year suddenly after 15 + years. A good amount of rec's consider themselves tourney players and find value in playing a quick tourney.

If you are a reg. depending on tourneys, it is probably a good idea to be in tune with cash games regardless, since those will always available,

I personally think all forms of poker will be dead by the end of 2018. Blackjack is the new move.

1. limit holdem is ****ing awesome, I guarantee many nl players would enjoy the game if they gave it a shot, it's much more action
