Please help global account denied access because of a requested email change

Created account on global. Log in using the Facebook login option. The email associated with the Facebook account no longer exists. I contacted support told them the issue, followed exactly what the said in terms of providing a new email and aggreing that the Facebook login option would be turned off. I agreed to manually enter my new email and now my account is froze. I can't get any info on what's going on. Is there a rep from global that can assist me? Just want to get back to playing in Ohio. Help
