I asked the same question earlier in this thread and he stated he was not sure. I suspect that in order to retrieve his money he was not in a position to discuss this issue with Global.
The bottom line is that it stinks.

Why do you "suspect" that? GP told him he would get his money after a 20x playthrough. What he "discusses" with GP had nothing to do with that, afaik.

Edit: 20x indeed does stink.

If they are keeping track of who the "pros/big winners" are, then I would immediately begin to question the RNG that's implemented on any given poker site. Winners are being banned on Carbon? I'm at a loss for words, but on the other hand this is making so much sense with my online results over the last decade or two. Wow...speechless...
