An Email or opening up a ticket will be no help. They always reply with a predetermined response based on a keyword you used. If this guy tells them he switched "modems" and please note it on his account, the reply will be..."Were sorry you are having this problem. I received an email for the sweeps bonus when you purchase a package. I tried to buy a package but it said my CC did not go through. I tried again and it worked that time however the first attempt did in fact go through. I opened up a ticket to let them know I got the bonus 2 times because I know you can use it only one time (so my acct. would not be locked or whatever) and the reply was..."We are sorry you are having this issue. Please try again at a later time to purchase a gold coin package."
The support ticket message I left was straight and to the point but they just gave a pre-canned response to my keyword. Most likely "tried to purchase a package."
This has happened several times with different issues. They did not read my message, just sent a reply that did not help. Very frustrating.
