Permanently lost access to my account? Permanently lost access to my account?

Hey all,

I need help as I have lost access to my Global account because I have permanently lost access to my account e-mail address. I have verified my identity and was planning to verify bank details, but because of my email issue I cannot update any details. Every support ticket that I start goes nowhere because there is no way to access the account email. Is there any way of moving forward either by contacting Global with a separate form of identity verification or by closing the account and opening a new one?

Hopefully, one of the members of the game integrity team will reach out to you. They are very helpful.

It would be awesome if they would follow up with me or respond to my emails. However, this issue has been going on for more than a week and I feel confident that I will not receive any response or effort if I do not continuously reach out to them, and even then there is no traction towards a solution. I wish there was a way to schedule a conversation with or directly reach out to these game integrity folks as I'm sure they could help me resolve the issue.

Don't keep making new support tickets, I am pretty sure it puts you to the back of the line.

If you had started a support ticket explaining everything in detail, but you couldn't log in to the help center to view it, and then reached out to the global support email directly from your secondary email and yet they did not follow through or aid you in any way, what would you do next? I've given them over a week to reach out to me, I don't think its coming...
