when i use chrome and click play poker after logging in etc the page does not load. I just get grey unfilled box and under it is says powered by cubeid and just stays frozen there

Hello, @socccer4life3! Guess you were able to figured it out by yourself just before the help comes. But, in case you'll encounter the same issue again the below might help:

- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Please power cycle your modem/router by power outlet for 3 minutes then plug it back in and wait for the modem/router to boot up properly.
- Please try other web browsers (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
- Make sure that your web browser is updated to the latest version.
- Try to optimize your web browser by clearing cache and cookies.
- Try to launch the game without any other programs running in the background.
