Issue with deposit Issue with deposit

I've deposited and cashed out numerous times without issue in the past 60 days but ran into a problem last night while making a sizable deposit on PayPal. The purchase shows up as completed in PayPal but I got an error message when redirected back to Global's website at the time of purchase and the sweeps $ were not added to my account. I contacted support right away and they denied that the transaction came through on their end. Naturally my next step was to contact PayPal who confirmed that the funds were transferred to Global's account and provided me with a transaction ID which matched the ID in the screenshots I provided to global support. I am not accusing Global of anything shady but there may have been some sort of oversight and I would like to get this resolved asap. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

One thought is I saw a lot of posts saying last night Global had some downtime. I wonder if your Gold Coin purchase was happening at that same time. Agreed that Global Support needs to jump into this and get it fixed, even with that said. What is your username on the site and I will pass along a PM to support.
