This site is really pissing me off. Again today I get another automated email about "if you don't respond to this email we're going to close the ticket"...I have ****ING RESPONDED 5 god damn times now. You ignore me every ****ing time.

All I want is to close my account and receive my balance via paypal, but obviously they've delayed the process so long it's now July so I'm sure they'll say, "sorry, we no longer offer paypal, that only lasted until the end of June"

Funny how I used to be able to cash out in a day/2 and have done tons of transactions, but now it magically takes weeks to cash out.

Did you create a user/password for zendesk? If you login and respond there they’ll stop sending you spam emails. If not you might be opening new tickets.

I'm sure we'll both be out our funds. My final paypal cashout has been pending for about a week now. Seems like they're purposely delaying so they can feed us some more bull****

I was approved for a one time paypal cashout on Friday June 29th (since I do not have a bank account) it is still in approved status and have not received any funds. I've never had an issue cashing out with GP just concered that since it is after June 30th that Paypal might not approve the transfer of funds since their contract is terminated

I'm just a fish who plays nanostakes just for fun. If I was a "serious" player, I'd consider avoiding Global at this point.

Great, so I guess it's only a matter of time until they say the same to me. They shouldn't even have offered this BS if it was never going to materialize. Joey, any comment? I agreed to this one time offer over a week ago and have been out my funds for the same period. Have I been robbed of my money??

I am in the same boat, was approved for paypal cashout onn the 29th of June and still in "approved status". Have a feeling it's not coming as previous paypal cashouts were less than 24 hours after being approved. Joey will Global poker credit the amount back to our accounts if the Paypal withdraw can't be processed?

The email you posted, they seem to be acknowledging the money. Tell them to just put it back in your global account for now (which they should have done automatically but not shocked they didn't given all that's happened).

Update: So after realizing that the Paypal cashout was never going to be paid I opened a Chime bank account yesterday (which was super fast and easy btw) and just got the approval from Global today that my cashout will be sent to the bank account in 5 business days. So that is what I recommend for everyone waiting for a Paypal cashout, just accept that it is not going to happen and figure out the next best way to get your $$.

The entire site is based in Australia and has been since the very beginning. So if that is what you mean by offshore, then yes we noticed. If you mean something else, then please clarify.

Just going through and clearing up a few things.

Firstly, nobodies card is being processed through Mali, Africa. Not sure where this idea came from but it is not true.

If you think you have proof of your card being processed in Mali, Africa then please provide as we would find this very concerning too.
