2- WHO severed the relationship?
3- WHAT caused the party to end the contract?

4- WHERE is Global Poker physically Located?
5- If not in the US, what country?
6- Who is in charge of this site, company, etc...
7- Why Worldpay, and Where are you sending us our money from?

8- Why are people who use CC's on your site for as little as 20 bucks with Worldpay having their cards frozen due to the "suspicious nature" of the transaction?

Ummm...Malta is not in Greece. It was a British Colony until the 60s. They're an independent nation now and have been for decades.

It would be nice to find out, but I doubt they would disclose the reasoning for breaking apart from PayPal. If there is any legal issue, it will be disclosed in their annual report that is audited by Grant-Thornton. Their ABN (Australian Business Number) is abn 36 147 193 511. It is public record and easy to look up. Any and all legal matters have to be disclosed in that report to shareholders. PayPal would also an annual report listing any ongoing legal matters. Anyone can purchase a copy of their credit report/watch which is compiled by third party agencies and analyzed as to determine a corporate rating.

You're not going to get answers to those questions, except maybe question 4. (Difference between question 4 & 5?) To think any company would have a rep answer those questions on an online public forum, you're crazy.

The whole "we pay your salary" is crap. Yes without players there is no Global, but what you are paying is rake. That rake is GP's money, how they choose to disperse it throughout their company is up to them... it's their money.

Last I checked DraftKings is still using paypal and that's clearly gambling as well. I'm not sure how Paypal looks at these sites but poker and DFS are skill based. You're not playing against the house and that may be the reason Paypal is ok conducting business with such sites.

Regardless of both being skill based, DFS hasn't been dented illegal in US as poker sites have. That's why PayPal accepts them.

I don’t play online poker much anyone, but thought the whole premise of this place was I could use PayPal. Now I try to request a cash out and they are requesting enough personal info to get a mortgage. I have zero faith in their ability to keep all this info secure, so guess they win and are just going to get to keep my cash. At this rate I’d rather just take my chances with them putting cash into an envelope and hoping it find its way to me.

+1 This, i've been annoyed by global by their communication and incompetance with glitches, but they took a chance with paypal and we all knew the risk, Im not going to fault them for that, It sucks but this site is still the softest site to play on, be mad at our government for putting us in this situation to begin with.

I got one. Approved the 25th showed up in my bank account today via worldpay.

Opinions on what? Global as a site I think is scummy , shady, and greedy. That opinion won't change. I don't care what payment method they use, just be transparent and not act like you found a great legal loophole and have big partners. As is, without ease if PayPal, Global is just another offshore site, only with their sweepscash model for no reason now.

You don't care to wait and see what happens with WorldPay, or if the games will stay good, or if they'll add more payment options like BTC - none of that matters, your mind is just made up regardless of what new evidence and information is given to you.
