The kangaroo-eaters also emailed me today after I requested what will be my umpteenth cashout: " ...we will need customers cashing out for the first time to complete a one-time identity verification process... "

EXCEPT, here's the email they sent me 10 months ago:

"Thank you for cooperating with us in this one-time account verification process. We would like to confirm receipt of your documents and we are glad to inform you that your account has now been fully verified. In line with this, we already processed your pending cashout request... "

In summary, THIS SOME BULL CHEAT, Global!

Thye are trying to force me to use worldpay as well. Oh well. Guess i won't be depositing any money until PayPal is back.

Thats what I got when I went to make a deposit today - No PayPal option for me anymore - When I hit the deposit option I got sent to that "World Pay" site
not PayPal - E-mailed support 7 hrs ago and got no answer yet!

Where is the Global Poker Rep. here @ 2plus2 ????? Why has he or she not commented on this thread yet?? With no PayPal how do we withdrawal ?? How about some answers please Global Poker!!

Damn, looks like im on World Pay too. So how do we get withdrawls to a CC. I would like a withdrawl to my bank account if possible, not to a CC. Can I use my Debit Card since it has a Visa logo? Will my bank reject the money? This is terrible and a reason not to continue playing on global. Paypal was the reason to play here.

Definitely think it's a little weird/sketchy to force users to beta test a new deposit/withdrawing option.

Yea, im getting out.. although im nervous about doing a full withdrawl and losing all my money since I have no clue about this World Pay or even if ill get my money. Rather play o a Bitcoin site.

I tried cashing out 2k using this worldpay trash method I've been forced to use...we will see how it goes

I used my CC that wasn't tied to my PP acct. every deposit.

I've used same CC with WP and it was easier than PP.

I had 2 withdrawals with PP.

Well, someone from the Facebook GP group apparently talked to a representative from Global, and the rep said all players will eventually get moved off Paypal. No big surprise there.

Not sure I want to be the guinea pig for Worldpay.

GG GlobalPoker...This is the final straw for me.

I just tried to withdraw a few thousand and now they are asking for my information to verify ID. The email says it's a one time thing BUT I've already taken care of this and have cashed out at least 50 times. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE....so suspicious of this site.

I've been "chosen" to make my deposits using Worldpay only. Does anyone know if they will still send my withdrawals to PayPal? I've asked Global, i think they have me on ignore or something.

Support has to be getting bombarded right now.

They really went about this change the worst way possible. They should of just said were going to switch to a new payment method and gave everybody XXXX time to use paypal till they stopped with paypal and moved to new payment processing. Instead they made up this story about this trial BS like were so lucky to be chosen.

Most likely only Worldpay.

Ive had a withdrawl pending approval for over 24hours now which is the longest wait ive had. I'm sure they are swamped with unhappy customer emails. This isnt the end of the world if they payout as quickly with worldpay.

I feel Like 1 of these 2 things most likely happened...

Paypal is pulling out

Or they are going to be making more ( or spending less ) on deposits and withdrawls with Worldpay

Now it makes sense. About a week ago I deposited some cash on Global, and when it redirected me to the Paypal site to choose a payment type I clicked my debit card and noticed that some of the payment options were missing. Specifically, the Paypal Credit and my Paypal Mastercard. And I am certain that they were there the last time I deposited. Which means that they were blocked on Paypal's side. So yes, Paypal is most likely pulling out and Global is most likely being dishonest with us. Now let's see if they truly did keep funds segregated....

Get a new rep. GP Joey has ZERO credibility.
