Lame. Welp. Gg. I'd recommend moving to a non-bitchass state. Would if I could.

How fractured is the relationship with PayPal? I know you can use it to deposit and withdrawal on the regulated sites in NJ and NV so saying they don't support gambling transactions looks to be ignorant.

Even if PayPal could just be brought back for deposits only that would be huge.

Have you considered apps like CirclePay, Cash App, Zelle, etc?

I guess you could freeroll on when they run the freeroll at the beginning of every series. Then use strict BRM if you get some money.

I'm curious, is it like Draft Kings or other DFS where if I'm physically in Oregon I can purchase Coins?

Have same issue. Never works. Hope they are trying to find a workaround. Been a few weeks for me.

Have you considered that if it were so easy to find payment processor partners, more poker sites would spring up in the US?

Most people are unaware that this is why their deposits are not going through.

And WILL NOT bother to find out why. They'll just move on to another site...
BS. This has been a common problem for years. Maybe it's just the first time you experienced it. You call the CC company, say it's not gambling/bitcoin, then they greenlight your next transaction attempt.

I'm nearly certain this isn't the issue. I had no credit card on file (because i never deposited with any other method than paypal) and when trying to deposit for the first time using WorldPay I would get an error when clicking on the "add a preferred card" option. I'm sure there are payments declined for the reasons you're talking about as well, but in my case the error was happening before i could even add a credit card to my account.

My issue was already resolved, i was just highlighting what occurred. Also, even though my situation was escalated to the appropriate department and you additionally inquired about it, it still took the "appropriate department" 2 weeks to email me to tell me that my problem should now be resolved. I don't blame you at all, but that's obviously a very poor experience for the average customer.

The CC deposit issue has been going on for some time now and they seem unable or unwilling to fix it. Given the timing and hindsight of how the last payment processor switch happened, i'm starting to think that it's not coincidence that Skrill popped up as an option the same time these CC deposit issues started happening.

Could a rep please comment on why this is continuing to happen after 3-4 months of it being a known issue?

No issues buying gold coins with my CC. Bought some more today.
05-25-2019 , 11:24 AM
This can be fixed by a simple phone call to your bank. Takes 2-3 minutes at most. You are being denied because it's a foreign transaction.

Lmao I remember it was just like a year ago that this thread/website was infested with shills or just hopeful/naive customers talking about how Paypal support would never go away. About how Paypal was fully on board with what this website was doing and they had a "legal team" talk it over with Paypal to determine it was fine. That one was always my favorite, that Global Poker's "lawyers" worked hand in hand with PayPal to set this thing up. As if this stupid ass poker site is even a blip on the radar for a massive conglomerate such as PayPal.

Do you guys understand how ****ed their PayPal account is? Chargeback after chargeback after chargeback. PP has no interested in dealing with that **** no matter WHO you are, much less somebody selling fake currency to gamble with.

I'm sure their PP account is frozen and PP has told them they are never going to open it up again.

To anyone having issues depositing on global poker - go to walmart, load your money onto a VISA Netspend pre-paid debit card. Takes around 5 minutes to activate the card. I was able to make a deposit on global, instantly.

guys I’m not familiar with skrill for depositing what are the fees? It can actually work like a paypal account right? Money From my bank account to skrill via ach there is no fee. Then I can use that money from the skrill account to deposit onto global? I’m not talking about the skrill credit card option. Are there fees for depositing on global this way?

Try looking two posts up from yours and you might find some useful info... not being rude but - please at least look at prior posts before posting something dumb.
