Fortunately, CSR Dirk promised to reinstate my $600 for $500 offer once this technical glitch was resolved. When contacting GP again, Sabrina states that they will NOT HONOR their promise. I AM LIVID!
They gave an offer that I could not take because of THEIR technical issues, poor response times not responding for DAYS since 8/2/2018, until finally CSR Dirk responds and reassures me they WILL HONOR it.
Nothing until 14 FULL DAYS LATER they finally resolve the technical issue, and NOW CSR Sabrina is reneging. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
I am beginning to see why people are extremely upset at GP. They handle issues very poorly. It is understandable (to a degree) that there will be technical issues.
HOW ISSUES ARE HANDLED ARE WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS and makes a business successful. That goes for EVERY business.
In this past month, GP has poorly handled every situation thus far. I hope GP honors their words.
On a side note, I just read about the rando closing of tables. Despite not being involved, everyone please give us status updates on whether GP promptly responds to your concerns, or if they just ignore you, and whether they reinstate YOUR MONEY! I can't imagine sitting on a table with $4,000, an error message popping up that the table is closed, and I'm out $4,000!!! That is RIDICULOUS!
