Received an email this morning telling me it has been resolved, sent me a link to verify my identity using a driver's licenses. As soon as I verified, was good to go. Able to purchase with no issues!! Using a standard bank Visa debit card.

I play under dask9. Tomorrow makes 4 weeks since I sent bank statements, trying to cash out $175, since they switched to worldpay. Btw I live in U.s., and they aren't paying me. They just keep responding to my emails with bs. So I really wouldn't worry about depositing. I'm sure my card would go through for a deposit right now. Why deposit if you can't cashout? My cashouts worked with paypal. But for now my $ has been stolen by these dirtbags.

USA here too - I sent bank info 2 weeks ago and got paid in less then 48hrs.
I would make sure you sent correct info.

I just resubmitted my bank and ID info even though I just did it 2 weeks ago when I submitted a withdrawal.
Did you resubmit or it just started working??
