Hi, first post here. I made a deposit yesterday unfortunately right about the time the site had issues (about 12:05-12:10am ET) and on the site it showed as there was an issue with the payment and no funds credited but when I checked my bank account, the payment was deducted. I've tried reaching out to them since last night and they say their support is 24/7 but I still haven't heard back from them. Is this normal? I have sent them about 4 emails and tweeted @ them as well but to no avail. I'm at the point where I am considering disputing this payment with my bank as I have not even got one correspondence saying that they are at least looking into this.

I have made withdrawals in the past and things have been ok, so I trust this might be as well but because there is no response, I'm concerned.

My advice - don't dispute it with your banking institution if you ever wanna play on the site again. They snap ban your ass for that.

They will definitely get back to you at some point and resolve this issue. Who knows when, but they will. Their customer support is notoriously bad.

Because they are probably paying processing fees out the ass for all these microstakes degens. I don't mind it. Encourage people to deposit a whole whopping $20. Plus they give you more SC than you deposit once you go over $50. Not alot, but it's better than it was.

I used a paypal prepaid mastercard that is linked to my paypal balance to deposit to skrill which had no fees. I then used skrill to Global with no issues and no fees

Yesterday it said i was unable to play until I verified my identity. I submitted my license and received more than one email saying i could play again. However, when i go to purchase coins it still says i need to verify my account. When i go to the account tab it shows as verified too. Has anyone had this issue?
