As if you have a clue. They cant be bothered with actual support. 95% of the tmw its a generic message. Not that I should be replying to someone like you. Even though I used a prepaid card they are requesting the transaction ID and bank statement. LOL

Actually, I DO have a clue. Customer support on GP has a lot to be desired, but they don't represent "thieves.". I have been playing on GP for quite a while and read these forums daily. 99% of the time these problems get resolved.

So you think the website shouldnt do due diligence and confirm that the payment was completed on their end and just give you the money? They would go broke if they just submitted to every request without looking into it.

Thats not how payment processors work. The money might be deducted from his account but it also might not be showing up on their end yet. Also sites use 3rd parties to do the processing for them. So if there is miscommunication between them then its delayed. Does OP really think they would risk the reputation of the site for 100?
