^^This.
I have the same thing when I travel and rent a car, the car rental declines when they try to run my card, it's just a fraud alert since it's a large charge from another city. I've also had this happen at my local Walgreens when we made a large purchase there, because it was larger than normal they flagged it. In all cases, all I've had to do is call them up and say yes, that charge is legit, it's mine, and they unfreeze the card. In some cases I've done this through their automated phone system and didn't even speak to a human, the phone system immediately prompted if I was calling about a recently declined charge on my card.
Even though Global is operating legally in the US under US sweepstakes laws, I wouldn't volunteer the information it's for "gambling" or "online poker", because your bank won't know Global and those are red flag words. Again though I've never been asked what the charges are actually for, just if they were mine and legit.
