Not getting a response from Global Poker Not getting a response from Global Poker

04-18-2017 , 12:44 AM
I have played the last week on Global and like the site. I made 3 deposits totaling $250, played about 700 hands and have requested a cashout. My requested cashout was on Saturday. I immediately received an email asking for my identification, I sent in two forms Saturday night about 5pm CST. I did not receive a response so I followed up with another email Monday at 9am. I received a response at 3pm stating they never received my documents. I resent everything at 4pm today and it's 7 hours later with no response at all. Can I get a little help here please, the cs has to improve.

don't send it by replying to their e-mail. start a new e-mail to send it to them and title it verification documents.

Perhaps also avoid sending things over holiday weekends.

Let me know if you still need help with your documents and cash out request.

They wont reply to my emails either???

In the past it has taken me 24 hours between responses so just wait it out. You last email was 7 hours ago from your post. Wait the 24 hours if then you don't get a response send another email.

Global Poker has a good rep for cashing players out.

I also log in using facebook.... could that be an issue? Also, do you have to scan the verification docs or can you upload and email pics from phone? Sorry for all the questions but I stupidly put a lot of money on this site before ever having enough to cash out... If the GlobalPokerRep sees this please help!

Thanks

That is how I did my docs by taking a picture with a phone and sending them in. It worked just fine. Go look through the cashout threads as well, most people are able to get through once the documents get approved. Well done on the results, soon the cash will be in your hands.

I play on Global under screen name: BoxingCritic

i've already been verified (last May) and cashed out a small amount at that time. Recently on 1/15 i tried to cash out $500 and nothing came. I emailed support and no response. In the 'history' tab on the buy gold coins page it now says 'pay failed'. You can see a screenshot here: https://socialunderground.com/wp-con...8.11.39-PM.png

I've now sent about 5 emails to support and still have not received a response. The money is still removed from my account as of this post. I really like Global and enjoy playing there. It's very upsetting that i have not been able to obtain my earnings from the site and received only silence in response. (reminds me of FTP)

I fired up an ACR account in the meantime (playing under handle 'L3v3L') I still want to play at Global but it's hard to focus on my play when i'm not sure if i'm going to receive my cash-out money. This has put me in a tough spot.

In this business 'communication' from support should be a top priority. It troubles me that i've had no response since 1/15 and my $500 is in limbo. Not in my paypal, not in my account and no response as to why in my in-box.

Good luck at the tables guys.

Gary ('BoxingCritic' on Global and 'L3v3L' on ACR)

Agreed that it is concerning that funds are not in PayPal or back in your account. I would assume when it fails it would go back to your account. Rest assured, it isn't the FTP days, the cashout thread is full of people pointing out their cashouts work very well.

With that said, I also know their support dept has been swamped as of late because of a site outage they had. Not an excuse, I get that, but it is a reason things have been moving a little slower than normal. With that said I will send a PM on your behalf to the Global reps here on 2+2 so hopefully you can get some more light shed on the situation.

I appreciate that.

Hello..after a bad run of cards and some bad play I asked for a 1 week break. Once the week was over I emailed support about activating my account and they responded telling me to wait another 7 days, so I did. It is now day 8 since they asked to wait 7 more days and they have not responded since yesterday. I know that may seem confusing but basically I want to play and can't even though I should be able to.

I am new to posting here and I imagine I may get some crap about asking for a break to begin with but I find it helpful from time to time. It let's me come back fresh with a better mindset. I tried to pm the admin but it looks like I don't have enough posts just yet. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Thanks Joey. And Splayaa, a big thank you to you. I can't tell how nice it was to have a response like that (supportive) when feeling frustrated.

My pleasure, GL at the tables, and welcome to Global.
