Been 2 weeks since customer service helped me with my blocked account. Not sure why they refuse to assist me on the matter.. I have whatever bank documents they need but i've been given the run around for months now

I have. It just stays on a black screen on that browser. Cleared all some data from all global sites, still nothing works.

This happens to me too every time. I have a quick link for Globalpoker.com set up so after I try to log in as normal, and then the black screen happens I hit my quick link, it takes me to the home page and then I click "log in" in the upper right corner. I don't have to enter user name and password again.
