Nearly a week and still no approval for WP cashouts?? - Sent in all my info then ignored

I've been waiting for about 6 days to get approved for WP cashouts and have sent in my bank statement and information and still haven't heard back.
Making my own thread now seeing as how most answers I've seen have gone out to those that have.
