Do they have customer service? You can only withdraw up to $1,000 before you have to give them your ID, it's been 4 days and no email back still not verified? You would think at 10% fee they would be verifying like crazy, lol.

about 13hrs into waiting for the btc to hit my wallet....sent coin there like half a dozen times and it never took more than an hour or two

redemption history on mybitcards shows it hasnt been sent or redeemed but the card has no balance

did u ever get help?
