global sent me a GP MasterCard that I’ve loaded 20 times with thinking when I do ever cash decent in a tournament I’ll be able to easily redeem to the ( GP) MasterCard ,, you’d think it would go immediately on ....
Wrong !! At least for me , I’ve never cashed out before , but what could possibly be the hang up .. I beginning to believe some people are blessed and others are ass out .. when trying to redeem it says it needs bank details,, the GP MasterCard doesn’t have routing # available or account # available. Why is global asking me for these things anyway when I have the freaking card they sent me for deposits and redemptions .. what’s the freaking problem... beyond pissed , beyond frustrated.. have loaded 20+ times with the GP CARD . why can’t I cash out with it....

Which way was your First deposit? I believe you have withdraw to that first before using other methods.
