This is my first time posting on the forum but I want to address an issue I am currently having on global poker. So I’ve been playing on the site since 2017 and recently between the end or March and April 12 2019 I had an issue with my account. I am married and my wife saw these “gold coin purchases” on are joint banking account. My wife knows I play poker for a living and is familiar with seeing international transactions on the account but for some reason was suspicious about numerous gold coin purchases. She called the bank and asked what the purchases were for but they couldn’t provide much information and asked if she had made the purchases. Obviously she said no and thought that somebody had purchased some sort of gold currency on our account. The bank filed a claim to look into it. My wife mentioned this to me and immediately I knew what she was referring to. I called the bank and let them know I had made the transactions and told them to close the claim. No money was ever credited to our accounts and the transactions stayed with global poker. Recently I hopped back onto global poker and in the past week I deposited 1500$ I’ve been playing everyday but yesterday I got a notice when I tried logging in that my account has been blocked. I contacted global support and they asked me to verify myself with my ID which I sent to them. Afterwords they mention A dispute on my account and asked me to call my bank to look into the dispute and close it. I called my bank and the only thing they had was from when my wife called and that case was closed on 4-12-19 when I explained to the bank that those where my transactions. My account was blocked for a few days back in March when I was clearing everything up with my bank but was unblocked shortly after.I started playing on global back in 2017 I’ve deposited roughly 5000$ onto my account with no issues. I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any advice on getting this issue resolved. Thabks

Hello, I was just curious if you had any more information for me in regards to the block being lifted from my account. It’s been almost 48 hours since I sent the information showing that the dispute has been closed and sent all my information, my ID address and photo information. If you guys need anything else from me I am happy to send anything else needed. I’m extreamly sorry for this misunderstanding and wasted time and effort ive caused. it’s my fault entirely. Mistakes do happen and this was an honest mistake and I can guarantee you it will not happen again. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks

Hey @GlobalPokerCSKimbr it’s been almost a month of my trying to get this sorted out and it’s at the point where support is not even replying to my messages. It’s been over a week since my last message with no reply. If you could personally help me with this situation I would be extreamly grateful!

So it’s been almost 2 months now and nobody on global support has replied to me in over three weeks. We had a back-and-forth conversation the first couple weeks and now in the last three weeks I’m getting no replies with no resolution. I was told I would be notified Within a couple days what was going on and now I’m just getting nothing. Could you please help me with this bank

You should probably make a bank account with your own name on it that you make it strictly for your own personal interest and hobbies so this situation doesn't cause confusion with your wife on a transaction.
