MTT - moved to a new table while actively in a hand MTT - moved to a new table while actively in a hand

I am not even quite sure how to describe this, as in all my years playing online this has never happened. I mostly want to see if anyone else has ever had this happen to them on Global.

Playing in an $11 freezeout MTT, I am in the middle of a poker hand, as in, I have hole cards and have seen a flop and turn multiway. In the midst of the hand - I can't recall exactly where the action was, it was 3-way and I think I had checked and we were about to go to river - I was moved to a new table. I instantly texted a friend about it as I was so amazed at what just happened.

This was not a case of latency/timing out/lagging, since the action was moving normally, and no time had passed between last action and getting moved. So there was no time for me to have lagged out and missed the rest of the hand.

I opened a support case and was basically told they found nothing wrong (they were being very vague and not helpful at all), and that it was most likely a client side problem. They initially were asking for hand ID, which I did not have (I think the hand history cleared from the chat box when I was moved), but I gave them the circumstances and a timestamp of within 2 minutes of when it occurred.

Has anyone experienced this before on Global? I am still stunned this happened and trying to figure out how it's even possible

Thanks.
