Monitor / multitabling setup Monitor / multitabling setup

I'm using a laptop right now and I'm maxed out to 6 tables on it, so I want to get a better setup. How much tables can a 24'' or 27'' monitor tile?

Size is irrelevant as to how many you can fit; resolution is what matters.

Well I think size is somewhat relevant - my laptop runs 4k resolution and can run much more than 6 tables, but everything would be too small!

So i should be asking.. How many tables can you guys comfortably fit on 24'' and 27'' (2k or 4k res), without straining your eyes.

BTW would there be any benefit to running a 4k monitor for poker? or is it a waste

Right, size is relevant to how big the fonts, cards, etc will be, but not to how many screens will fit. So the new question is more what you're looking for.

As I'm sure you know, the benefit to 4K resolution will largely be determined by the answer to that question.

Hopefully someone who can speak from experience can be a little more helpful than me.

thinking of just getting a 4k 27'' with my laptop next to it.

I have 8 slots for global on a 27inch 1440p, but i play on other sites at the same time. Could fit 12-14 if I only played global. I also have the tables scaled down to the point where the chat box doesn't work though.

I see. One 27'' seems good enough then.

I always wondered about people who play multiple sites on one monitor; do you have to adjust each table manually? Because I can't imagine you can hit the 'tile' button on two sites without them overlapping on your screen.

I run a 34" ultrawide 3440x1400 resolution ultrawide monitor. Overkill FTW.
