Yesterday I won a Rattlesnake event and the money never went into my bankroll. This is a bit ridiculous. Can a rep please help me resolve this, thank you!

Which is why you emailed support with this information so they could assist you.

Yes I did email support but what is your point? Your acting like I’m wrong for addressing this issue to the community. The software is filled with glitches and I have bitten my tounge thus far about it all but my balance not being correct and not getting paid is not an issue I’m going to stay quiet about.

Thank you for posting this. As the glitches and issues become more and more unacceptable, I like seeing everything so that I can evaluate whether it's worth it to remain a customer.

I agree ! GP has the Highest rake in the industry. Least they can do is to fix their f*cking glitches and improve customer service while they print money. GP fails at addressing the damn community about issues/updates other than new tournaments to take more of our money.

Update: They contacted me and they took care off the situation and credited my balance the necessary amount. While I am appreciative that they did so and in a timely fashion, this is just something that should never occur.

Also just a heads up you should always be super aware of you're account balance..This sucks because checking the cashier is NOT GTO and is really bad for you're mental game.
During my most recent adventure with a global freeze there were a few stacks not returned to my account after everything had reset...I waited a day and still no changes and just assumed maybe I didn't have as much money as I thought..hmmm
SO next I went out of my way and emailed support with proof that XYZ was missing from my account and they ended up fixing my balance which was a few stacks short.
If i hadn't been on top of it there's no chance they would have just added the money back to my account.
Why should the players need to be on top of this stuff?

Wow. Read into someone's post much or put just like to put words in there mouth?

My point is you should email support. Which you did. And that is why it got fixed. Correct?

Your other point that this shouldn't need to happen is a fair one. I agree it shouldn't happen. As is my point, these issues need to be emailed to support.

But serious issues like these should also be posted publicly. Global needs to know everyone is noticing the glitches that are happening, and that it is totally unacceptable. They need the fire under their ass on issues such as this.

I don't need to see somebody make a post about how online poker is rigged, or about calling random players bots. I do need to see when players are cheated out of money they earned playing on the site. That is indefensible.

I am not, nor have I said that if someone finds a problem they should email support and not post it here.

I have said make sure you email support. How is this statement then saying you can't post it here?

having same issue.

deposited for the first time yesterday to try it out, and was fortunate enough to win a tournament. 17 hours later i am still short the entire amount in my player balance. i received congratulatory email from global which is cool and all, but it makes no sense how they're able to have taken all those steps and yet my balance still shows nothing added to it. the second the tournament ends or you bust and your finishing position is finalized, the software should immediately add the balance to your current one (like every network i have played on for last 11 years has done)

thankfully snapped screen shots to verify the amount, but i can't possibly envision any reason why the software wouldn't automatically add that to my account. i multi site/ multi network and there is just no way i should have to be policing my balance and cashes/scores being effectively forced to keep a notebook on the side, that is something the network should be doing and should have had in place prior to offering games in my personal opinion.

what if i wanted to play some cash games with it after? or what if i had played cash with my remaininig balance last night, busted it, and then wanted to play more cash or some tournaments today?


i emailed in all my identification for account verification, and am awaiting a response. i assume the fact that i just deposited yesterday might have some lag to process a cashout etc, but there is literally no reason in my mind why the amount won shouldn't already be listed in my cashier, even if a cashout request would be on hold as 'pending' or whatever.





on a separate note, absolutely this guy SHOULD have made a thread about this. that is literally the point of these forums and has been for the like 18+ years that it's been inexistence. have personally played on like 17 networks and 25 skins all over the world (moved after black friday, both to ROW and with family in italy's seggregated market) across 11 years and never ever ever seen anything like a balance not credited to the account almost a full 24 hours later. so i'm really happy he made a thread like this, made a duplicate one myself before seeing this one.

Won one as well yesterday and didn't receive the money immediately either. I honestly think it's some sort of software glitch that is resulting in the money not being put automatically since you don't bust. Sounds weird but every time I've placed ITM on global i've gotten it immediately.

Support is quick and responsive though and took care of it as soon as I contacted.

Merely posting an update that I did in fact receive the entirety of the amount roughly 3 hours ago. Accompanied by a confirmation email that they had received my documents and am pending verification.

Kind of minorly annoying to wait 21 hours, but meh. Way more tilted at wpn lately :/

Was also told that the no sound thing was fixed by simply playing on Firefox??? Is that really all that needs to be done or ? I use chrome and timed out of at least 30 hands because I couldn’t hear anything and it seems like we only have 7-10s to act haha

No, this is not what you said. You said “which is why you emailed support with this information so they could assist you.” That seems pretty condescending as opposed to, “you should email support so they can assist you.”

My PayPal isn't even being accepted as a first time player and depositer on here. Maybe that's a sign to not play. Hearing a lot of bad stuff about this site.

It is especially condescending when he has the same response in mutliple threads to multiple people. Just ignore him, the majority of his posts have absolutely no value.

The only thing you have correct is that I cannot interpret your tone. Which is why I used the word, “seems” in my post.

Excellent, and that is the point I am trying to make. I am glad we could come together. Rarely do you see people in forums come from different viewpoints as we have, and then logic prevails. Perhaps there is hope for the human race after all.

I had a lot of trouble with getting money from PayPal to the site. Maybe try calling paypal and getting them to allow it.
