Hi, I'm not sure exactly how much I'm missing bc I was multi tabling and had auto reload on, I believe it's around 1.6k. When should we expect our balances to be updated? And also, is this a common problem bc if so, I want my money off your site. Thanks!

Got my money back, plus what I’m assuming is a cut of the 3K tourney I was in, down to the final 30 players give or take.

Even though I felt I had a good chance of winning and bringing home a solid score, I understand crashes do happen and I’m happy with the resolution.

Thanks guys. Emailed support, currently waiting. Is this a common issue on this site? I wanted to play today but not going to until my balance is fixed and also just going to cash out if this is a common problem... Any input?

It happens every time the site goes down. Balances from active tables are not reinstated into player accounts until the next day. Tourneys that were playing are gone and players still in them get a chip chop but not until the next day. It's always best to submit a ticket also.
