I’m sure they are getting a ton of emails about it the thing is it won’t change anything right now trying to email them. Wait for a bit while they work through it and then if it doesn’t get solved for you then email them. Refunds have to be done manually and mistakes do happen. Whenever I’ve had problems and they say they are working on it I usually give them a few hours or wait for them to post on Twitter that they believe everything is fixed before i contact them about my account still being off.
