I was playing on a table. There was a glitch or something that booted me off the table. I had about 77 SC and now it is gone. I go back into the table and same people still playing but my seat is now empty and my SC is gone from my account.

The money is not a significant amount, but it is super shady what is happening. I emailed support without answer. Any reps on here can help or give me an explanation as to what happened.

I'm more disappointed than anything. I thought Global was the answer to online poker for US players.

I think it's happened to everyone. My account balance is short too.

No need to panic though. At least not yet. Give them some time to fix things up.

Now I log on to Global, I don't see any 0.50/1.00 games running at all. It is so weird, maybe there is an issue with the site currently.

It should have happened automatically. There are some cash games that are stuck and tournaments that are stuck but they are going through those to give refunds

I almost want to refrain from contacting them. You shouldn't have to ask for your money back.

I’m sure they are getting a ton of emails about it the thing is it won’t change anything right now trying to email them. Wait for a bit while they work through it and then if it doesn’t get solved for you then email them. Refunds have to be done manually and mistakes do happen. Whenever I’ve had problems and they say they are working on it I usually give them a few hours or wait for them to post on Twitter that they believe everything is fixed before i contact them about my account still being off.

I did message them but I really don't think they even had the time to look it. I was just going over the hand histories trying to figure out what I was owned and then saw the money start hitting the account.

I’ve woke up this morning to see that my account was missing money... I went to transactions history and it had me in games on 5 separate tables at very close time intervals while I was alseep.. I’m down money accidents happen but customer support is not responding... any idea when this will be resolved?

its not that they arnt responding is that you are one of alot of people emailing them and they are working on it first come first serve
