My money is back in the account and I appreciate that. But I have been waiting more than a week for a cash out. Are there Canadian processing issues? I seem to be getting total silence.

Yes, but you can still keep a minimum. I personally don't leave over 5k on and I play these same games. Rest goes into PayPal since it's so easy to deposit if I need more funds available.

Pretty much what I do as well. Play 2/4-3/6 and never have more than 4K on there. Easy to redeposit when needed. Be smart. No need to keep you “roll” on a site

Joey, any plans to give us a way to verify that account balances are accurate other than eyeballing/taking your word? A simple audit of table buyins and cashouts should be necessary. If not, I’d suggest forwarding to management to get added. Would alleviate a lot of the hassle here...I put in a significant amount of volume and am far from a Riggie but you could realistically scam me $50 each session and I probably wouldn’t notice

I've experienced lag balances but never money vanishing and never returning. I don't play a ton of tables 4 at the most, so I know ballpark what my balance always should be when I'm closing out games.

One trick I noticed you could can do is click buy gold coins > cash out and even if you know your balance is wrong, what you see in this tab will be the corrected amount. And it should also update your balance in the lobby.

obviously you should not have to do all that but whenever I have a really good or bad session I do this just to confirm quickly what my balance is.

I thought only US players could cashout. Have you received one in the past?
