Missing Funds After Crash Mega-thread Missing Funds After Crash Mega-thread

I am still out almost $700 from 2 tournament wins. They made me identify which wins and how much $ (thank you sharkscope!) It has been 3 days. still waiting for my money. feels like when tilt when under
07-25-2019 , 06:33 PM
Im still waiting on a small SnG payout from the other night.

I only deposited a small amount but likely will not make a bigger deposit because of this. I like the soft games but will not risk money to a site with such ****ty customer service and having to prove they owe me when it was their site that crashed.

Ticket ID 3225363 if there is a global rep around.

Check the hand histories for the last few minutes before the crash to see if you played hands at other tables. Transaction history combined with hand history will give you a lot of information.

I was missing a small amount. I contacted support and it was refunded after 2 days.

I received a refund from Global that is NOT sufficient. I am still short $4,953.59

I am an intelligent and accurate person. If a Global representative provides evidence for their (lower) reimbursement #, I will listen and consider it. I have given strong evidence and reasoning for my calculations.

It's been radio silence from Global for the last 36 hours. Frustrating and disconcerting.

A lot of people on this site could learn from your communication skills. Hope this gets sorted out ASAP. Pretty ridiculous they aren't prioritizing (or at least showing some kind of urgency) for players who generate them a lot of revenue.

Update: They credited my account with the smaller win, then a few days later credited the bigger win (so 5 days after I actually won the money) and then TOOK BACK the first win!!
Email communication is ridiculously slow. This should not be so hard. Please return my money to my account!!

Absurd about Invoker situation esp considering he may have had even more than what he has evidence for. Just another reason why the players deserve access to hand histories. Look at the public outcry at the party Poker changes and recent reinstatement of hand histories at MPN. Poker players do not want to be kept in the dark as to what is happening with their funds. Sites have proven time and time again they need to be held accountable and global is no different. Best of luck getting reimbursed.

I have still not been made whole. They refunded me partially but messed it up and didn't award me the final pot I won, in which the hand played to conclusion and my opponent folded to my river bet, but their server (which was obviously compromised at the time) didn't record. Fortunately I have screenshots documenting it all, but it has been painful (to put it mildly) going back and forth with support.

I have faith Kimber will make this right, waiting for her to return from vacation. Not happy at all right now.

The next time someone is raging against global illogically, I respond with (hopefully) sound logic, and they call me a Global shill, I feel like I can add this thread to the list of Global issues I've personally experienced to rebut them.

It could be worse. You could be missing several thousand PLUS be required to playthrough funds 20x...

I agree it is a bit ridiculous how they are handling the situation with invoker. They were very quick to ban him for a month for breaking tos but now they can't even email him back.

Maybe a thread should be made for global to see that invoker is reputable person and he wouldn't lie about this. If they don't pay him back its going to look very bad on their end. We know he wouldn't lie about this. Pay dat man. Pay dat man his money!

Global already chose to steal $4K from him. he caught them stealing, now they make it good, but they are firmly outright despicable.

As mentioned via our private correspondence, I have already escalated this to our DevTeam. Would it be possible to make the Twitch VOD publicly available so that our DevTeam can review and help speed up the investigation? Thank you.

If this user wasn't recording on Twitch he would likely be out $5 grand? That's a horrible look if true.

Hi Kimbr, if possible, I’d like to follow up regarding the issue we had messaged about, as I’m quite frustrated. Thanks.

My situation has been resolved. I'm back to Global shilling again. LOL

In all seriousness, best wishes for those still working through this. My experiences with Global, past and present, have always been that sometimes they do get stuff wrong, and yes it can be quite challenging at times corresponding with support about these issues, but in the end they make it right. Nothing nefarious or shady is going on here, they are human beings and capable of mistakes just like all of us.
