I had the same issue last night made final table of the 7.5r and game froze and could not log back in. maintenance was suppose to be at 4am it was like 12.30. I messaged global and got 2 different answers. one saying it was the site and apologizing and another saying it was all on me. I know nothing will come of it. but they could stop all entries to games at a certain time and let the ones running play out. then shut the site down for maintenance.

We understand that you experienced an issue while playing on our site.
After checking with our Technical Team, we confirmed that we did not have any lag issue, interruptions, server nor technical issue on our end that could have affected your game play. Other players were able to perform acts during the game as well.
Please note that should the issue come from our site, we will own up to it and compensate players when necessary. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refund since all your games are valid and the lag issue is not from our side.
