My $$$ still hasn't been credited back to my account. Last time this happened to me, the $$ was back in my account after the maintenance.

edit-- created a support ticket on the website. also tried to PM Kimbr , but her inbox is full -___- .

This happened to me previously, you need to clear your cache and reload the page. Whenever the transaction history doesn't work it's because you need to do this (they recently did an upgrade).

To fix, right click the page and press "inspect element". Now, with the dev tools console open, right click the "refresh" button and click "empty cache and hard reload".

Should work after that!

I'm missing just shy of 2k.

It disappeared last night. As of now it's 10:26 AM on the West Coast and I'm still at $0.

I had the same issue last night made final table of the 7.5r and game froze and could not log back in. maintenance was suppose to be at 4am it was like 12.30. I messaged global and got 2 different answers. one saying it was the site and apologizing and another saying it was all on me. I know nothing will come of it. but they could stop all entries to games at a certain time and let the ones running play out. then shut the site down for maintenance.

Hello Brandon,

We understand that you experienced an issue while playing on our site.

After checking with our Technical Team, we confirmed that we did not have any lag issue, interruptions, server nor technical issue on our end that could have affected your game play. Other players were able to perform acts during the game as well.

Please note that should the issue come from our site, we will own up to it and compensate players when necessary. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refund since all your games are valid and the lag issue is not from our side.

You may review our Card Room Rules using this link: https://globalpoker.com/page/card-room-rules.

Should you have any other concerns, please contact Customer Service by submitting a request through our Help Center, https://globalpoker.zendesk.com, and we'll be glad to assist you anytime.
Regards,

One of the better first posts on this forum. Although, probably their last. If not, it's really hard to recover from such a ridiculous piece of drivel. Calling the FBI indeed. LUL

Zero comment by Kimbr on this thread is a bit disturbing.

At least she is responding to PM's of people having problems.

Not good news at all. I placed in a micro SnG right before the site crashed and still haven't been credited.

It is quite alarming that they are denying the site crashed.

I got an email saying it should be fixed in 24-48 hours

I wanted to relay this info should it be helpful to anyone using GlobalPoker.com. I've been using Globalpoker.com without issue for a couple years or so. Last night I was in a pot and the website froze. When I went to login my balance was at 0 which was incorrect. I filed a claim/ticket right away and re-bought for $100. I doubled that up and went to sleep. This morning I logged in and saw that my balance was at 0, again! I filed a second claim/ticket immediately. This was the response I got:

Obviously freezing peoples funds is outrageous yet somehow no one cares. It's mind boggling to me.

I'm missing close to 2k. The chatter among players reminds me of people nervously patting each-other on the back saying it's ok because they themselves are nervous too.

I don't care wtf is going on software wise, nobody's money should be disappearing. It's absolutely unacceptable. Removing capital from a persons pocket removes more than just that. Not only is my capital missing but my hourly is nonexistent.

When did you message her? I sent one 9am easternish. Got a response 5:45ish.

Hey Global I have a crazy idea, how about you..... put my money back in my account so I can go pay ur rake
07-23-2019 , 08:36 PM
ya this is kind of gross. expected it in my account when i woke up. it's happened before but iirc never this long. it's been almost 24hr now zzzz

I just want to know how it take so long to refund the cash games tables, you can tell exactly how much each player had and when they had it. If youre mid-hand, mid tourney I can understand, but this is just ludicrous

I had $227.50 on the table when a message popped up saying "closing table" and then it froze, and I could reopen the table. Funds are not reflected in my balance yet 20-ish hours later.

The same thing happened to me last week too... On another table. I sent them an email and they had the funds back into my account pretty quick.

But, happening twice has me worried, and I dont have the funds back in my account yet. I did get an email saying it should be resloved in 24-48 hours and that i should email back after 24 hours should nothing change.
