Hi,

Was there just an outage? While playing, the game just stopped loading and froze. I was playing 2 tables and when I was logged back in, only 1 table buyin was credited to my account balance.

I have the hand history of my last played hand at that table (and the balance of my stack). My account was definitely never credited. This is a very serious issue, and now I'm worried that this may have happened in the past. Can a representative please help?

Yeah I just won a decent amount from tournament and it wont update for me either.

Same thing happened to me. Left table, balance was never credited back to my account. I know it takes a few min sometimes but this is going on >10 min.

Will be reporting Global Poker to FBI for tactics to withold cash.

Immediate cashout is not available. Money is witheld in the account even after pressing the cashout button.

Sweeps cash is basically cash with a new name. Goodluck getting your money back. The cashout frenzy begins in 5...4...3...2...

Lmao. They just crashed an hour ago, relax. Let them catch up. I have ~$250 in limbo after the cash tables crashed but I know global will fix it. Just wait bro.

I opened a ticket just in case, but im sure the system is catching up. All my cash tables closed and my money is limbo, about $250, but im sure it'll show up here soon. I'd start worrying if its not here by tomorrow. still annoying but what can you do, **** happens.

Ditto. Was on a bunch of tables around 9:30pm central and the pop up message about "sorry for the inconvenience this table must be closed" came up for all of them... Money still hasn't been credited back to my account closing in on 3 hours later.

Was definitely a site-wide thing. When I got logged back in right after there were essentially zero cash games going and then when they started up people were chatting about it at many of the tables I observed.

How this situation gets resolved will probably determine if I withdraw my roll or continue to periodically play on Global.
