In all seriousness, best wishes for those still working through this. My experiences with Global, past and present, have always been that sometimes they do get stuff wrong, and yes it can be quite challenging at times corresponding with support about these issues, but in the end they make it right. Nothing nefarious or shady is going on here, they are human beings and capable of mistakes just like all of us.
Please don't disturb the prevailing engagement process, which typically involves people getting hysterical and accusing Global of being in cahoots with the Illuminati, or whoever.

LOL. I feel you. The hysterics and wild accusations are certainly amusing with the lengths they go to at times.

However, unless they go completely over the top tin foil hat style, I personally think some leeway is appropriate when people's missing money after a site crash is what's at issue. So I think it's fair to give a little bit of hysterics a pass on this one.
