Exact same thing happened about 2 weeks ago and they have been having trouble with the sounds for weeks on end. They clearly have problems and do not hire the right people to fix them.

We currently have our development team working to try and resolve the issue.

It appears (from my limited dev knowledge) that something is running over and over again that shouldn't and has caused the lag to increase exponentially to the point where things are not working.

I am trying to get you updates but am limited to what I am told. I will do my best to continue to update you as soon as I have more news.

One thing I can definitely assure you is that no players will be financially worse off because of these issues. They are on our end and we will ensure all players are compensated fairly.

I apologize that I don't have more to tell you at the moment, as soon as I do I will pass it on.
