I was in the top 20 in event 26-L 15k and it never restarted after the break.

The 26-L played until 1st break @ 4PM, has been frozen ever since.

What a greasy site they let the tourney run so a few players bust out and they make money then freeze it on the rest of us. I don't want to hear that tournies are frozen cause the bonzai tourney is running just fine. They froze it. I screen shot my table so they can't pull any stuff saying i didn't play.

Pay more attention to the games you're playing loser. Or do you even play poker?

Remember to take screenshots because they asked for that yesterday when it froze.

As you are all aware there are some issues with our Rattlesnake Open tournaments not loading.

We are well aware that this is unacceptable and apologize for the poor experience you have had today.

I am doing whatever I can to find out information about this ASAP. As soon as I hear something I will let you all know.

Once again, we know that this is unacceptable, you come to our site expecting a certain level of product quality. This has not neen delivered due to ongoing issues with Rattlesnake Open tournaments.

I will do my best to find some answers for you about this immediately.

just speculating but they may have anticipated a massive overlay so the site issues may be a way to just cancel the events and refund buy ins/compensate satellite wins

Joey understand you are just one person/the messenger, but this is obviously a terrible look for your company. How does your company not immediately cancel all tourneys, send a message to the players (no email, no messages here and not even like a simple message on your own site). How bad is your infrastructure? You all are killing your own site by not investing in the most important thing an online poker site has, it's software. To think you guys charge the highest rake in the business and constantly have issues speaks wonders about the site.

So can you find out ASAP if the 26-L has been frozen and cancelled? Because I have better things to do than stare at a frozen MTT with no idea what's going to happen? I'd really like to have played the other main events and came home from a WSOPc event to play today's schedule. Seriously how do poker sites keep ****ing these spots up on big days? its like an industry standard at this point.

That would be an odd anticipation by them, since both this series and the last one crushed the gtds across the boards.

No, it seems their servers just can't handle the traffic level they've grown to. Which is a shame, but hopefully today will be the wake up call they need to get their crap together.

seems like global likes to get us hype for big gtds then if it doesnt meet the gtd, they just shut her down! what a crock of ****in ****. my other global tournies are working fine. just not the 15k with all the overlay. youre a bunch of ****ing thieves.
