So I've played EVERY SINGLE day of the tournaments except one. Im in top 15 of the rattlesnake leaderboards and I NEED and Want to play today's tournaments to remain in top 15. I cannot register any of the lobbies or open them. Instead I have a bug where tons of old tournament lobbies are open but unviewable and today's tournaments are unplayable. I've tried opening them in multiple browsers. Same problem. All my browsers are up to date as is my Flash software.

So in essence all of my 3 weeks or work is being undone today, and I may not even get a top 15 finish. Not to mention most the tournaments I suffered through were low buy-in tournaments I would not have played to begin with and I only did it to compete for the top 15 finish. Worst part, is today's tournies are the only ones I truly wanted to play. Wow Global Poker!

Yes. This is the biggest day of the series for them. If you/your team isn't on call 24/7, much less sleeping past 600 on Monday morning when you're a custodian of client's money, you should look into a career change.

Doesn't matter. They are servicing the US time zones, they should have support available during their major MTT series main event day. Even though it would be a night/early morning shift for them. If their excuse for not being all over this is "sorry we were sleeping it's 6am here", then they have completely failed.

Ya i almost got 20k chips and its frozen. They froze it they aren't gonna deal with that massive over lay. They froze rattle snake tourney i was deep in as well. All they do is refund your buyin and say sorry.
