The funny part is how many of us are commenting about this already and you can't even receive an email, message on their site or response on these forums timely. Good customer service. People wonder why US poker will never take off on these piece of **** sites.

I don't even understand how a site can be run this badly. The cost of an extra couple of software people to deal with these ongoing issues is obviously less than what they're losing from missing out on all these entries.

won a satty to the 26-L rattlesnake and cant register the page won't open what is going on with these people? this has happened before and have always given them the benefit of the doubt but this is just pure crapola ... i really think they should invest in 800 phone number 24/7 for customer issues as this is really really bush league

I wonder if they plan to honor the $113,000 in overlays on the rattlesnake main events? I swear if these 3 tournaments play out, and then they pull back the money, I'm not sure they will ever recover.

Same problem here, I hope they cancel the events today and reschedule them, such a joke.

It seems Global has outgrown themselves, their servers or whatever can't handle the traffic level any more. No more MTT series until you get your site upgraded Global, you look like crap.
