Getting this message when trying to register for Jackpot SNG.

"You have reached the maximum number of concurrent Jackpot Sit'n'Go tournaments."

Have played a bunch of these and never got this message before. And I only played 1 this morning and got that message when trying to register for the 2nd one. Anyone else get this? I only play one at a time. Doesn't make sense.

And now, 10 min after I tried to register, gave up and jumped in a cash game, the JPSNG suddenly pops up lol.

They had some site issues last night and that's when it started. I played like 15 5 SC jackpot sngs and half the time people were sitting out because of the delay in them popping up. and I kept getting the maximum number registered message too. When I logged on this morning I was missing like $25 SC from my account. I'm guessing from them popping up after I went to sleep. Just emailed support to try and get the money back.

Also just tried to register for another one and nothing happened. So it's still going on.

Just wanted to update that I emailed them and they refunded to JPSNG's with no issue. As a new player on GL I'm really impressed with the site and the way any issues I've had have been handled by them. I see others posters that have, or have had, unresolved issue, which sucks, but my personal experience has been better than any other site I've played on.

This was a horrible problem that affected a few players. They registered for JSNGs but nothing happened for a few mins, and in some cases "missed" the start of the game as it only started later (in one case, hours later). If you were lucky enough to still be online you were golden. Otherwise blinded off.

Anyone affected adversely by this should have been refunded their buyins already (Monday last week I believe they all went out).
