I was playing in tonight's Thursday Thunder satellite, it's a 2 rebuy 1 add on 10+1 tournament with 15 seats guaranteed to a $110 buy-in . I elected to add-on when the time came, and all of a sudden the tournament was over shortly after play resumed.

I then looked at my account balance, and it was down $1000 from where it was. This is the only thing I have played all day. Clearly this is a massive error, coding the add-on as $1000 instead of $10.

I am sure Global will make this right for the players in this tourney, but I wanted to make this post for others who experienced this issue. The target tournament has yet to start yet - I'll update when it does and if refunds are issued.

EDIT: I have received my refund, it did not take long at all. Not long after this post. This was the first issue I've had with Global and am happy they resolved it quickly.
