I am missing $3500 which is what I had on 6 cash tables. Ive emailed them as well and got the typical canned response. I am assuming they are getting swamped with emails. I also took screenshots of the hand histories for verification. feel like its going to take them forever to get it sorted out

I have passed on questions around ICM, other tournaments and cash games.

Please let me know any other questions ITT and I will pass them on and try to get answers asap.

Fully expect the reason they cancelled the tournaments was because of the huge guarantee they were about to pay. There had better be a full refund, no ICM bs.

I has been 1 hour and 20 min, still not the correct balance.

I have to agree with above: It's going to take a long time to sort out. I'm willing to bet they do not have an accurate record of what has been lost.

This is an ENORMOUS hole in their software: notice when you quit a table, your balance doesn't adjust for a good 5 min. After today, it is obvious this limbo period is very dangerous. Lost in space should never ever happen.

Very disconcerting.

Can you at least give us a guess on what time this will start to be resolved?

Joey, I have no idea what to do about the Gold Coin Challenge leaderboard, but the $1000 ought to be distributed somehow including people deep in today's tournaments who had a shot at it.

It would honestly only be a guess. It is currently 7am in Perth where most of our people are based so we have a full day to try and resolve this.

I can tell you that literally everyone we have is working on this at the moment.

Don't tell me That it was a system error!!!!! I ran system checks and all other games were running normally. I had 110bbs in the Low main and I was registered for the High main. its only coincidence that %30 of the $100k its was met. PS-Still no refund.

ICM is better and more fair than a full refund. A full refund does not factor in the guaranteed prize pool. If it is not a chip count or ICM chop and just a refund I will be done forever on this site.

Everyone who was playing at a "cash table" when the site was shut down (including me) lost their table balance because some Dummy from GP should have shut down the table's FIRST before rebooting the site!!!
