You address the AMoE envelopes exactly like I do mine, except for the scratching out of an error. If I make an error, I start over. I make a lot of errors. Maybe there is problem in your return address. Make sure your name and address is EXACTLY as it is with your account. I use my middle initial "P' in my formal name. For some reason, GP excluded the "P" and at first there was some confusion but the problem was resolved.

It took a while for me to get the AMoE program going. Now, it runs OK, not perfect, but OK.

I felt a little strange complaining about not getting free money until I convinced myself that I was right to take advantage of the offer.

Customer Support has for the most part, has done well for me. Be patient. Dealing with the general public can be frustrating.

GlobalPokerCSadmin was a big help for me. Try a PM to him/her.

And don't forget the postage.

Yeah I'm not saying I didn't mess something up. BTW only one envelope was scratched off like that the rest were fine, so if I don't get one $6 credit for September I will understand that's fine. It also says on their site that they will extend into the next month if you have too many for one month. I did 5 for September and 5 for October.

Also I don't think of it as free money, I think of it as Rakeback :-)

I have seen great response from Customer service on here so that's why I posted.

As for the name and addy I can't seem to find on their site where that might be stored. So I assumed it was whatever it is with PayPal which I matched exactly.
