1) Getting rid of the popular payment method for the sole purpose of pissing off a happy and loyal player base for ****s and giggles because **** you!!
OR
2) For reasons beyond their control, future options with PayPal may be limited and they're scrambling to provide options that work and keep everyone happy and playing.
