So Global Poker huh? Seemed like a good deal with Paypal, so I bought "gold coins" and started playing. It was nice to be able to play on a site for real and have an easy buy/cash out option since Black Friday. Started late last year, turned a profit, and then June 30, 2018 happened......

No big deal, I'll just cash out and move to another site. Sent emails back and forth(because lets be real, support for Global is lacking), and was offered said cash out until they found out I live in the USVI.

Now I have been through their terms and conditions several times and can not seem to find where it states "50 states only", and have only found the very vague "players from the United States of America and Canada(exc Quebec)." So I found it surprising that they will not allow me to cash out because I am not part of the US. Even though I am. In one email they said they "were working on expanding to more countries", and of course I laughed because I am already part of the country you cater to.

I am on a quest to find other players from US territories. Especially USVI since we are one of the legal online gaming locations in the US. Hoping there are others so that maybe we can lobby together for a change in this policy. Probably a long shot, but I certainly take issue with them not allowing a cash out to me. I know that everyone has been asking for them to add features and they always say they are 'trying' to do so, so add it to the list.

I do still play on site in hopes this will change and I am not wasting my time.

Interesting, wish I could offer help but I'm within the USA's 50 states. Would like to see globals response on this though.
