I've been waiting a week now. The last response I got was on the 26th of April. In that message they told me that they would update me within 12 hours. That never happened. I've sent follow up messages asking for an update and I haven't received a response yet.

I don't expect customer service to be amazing, but this is downright horrible. I guess at this point I just wait?

I got mine verified very quickly, like 2 days. They required a piece of mail, so I took a pic and sent it in. Added a day.

just thought I'd share my experience:

First, the "verification" process was fine (didn't love the actual process-but got my account "verified" very quickly).

THEN I tried to add my "banking" info. I sent the details they requested and waited... after (about) 3 days I got a response that it was rejected and I needed to re-submit. I did and they still "rejected" I responded with a detailed e-mail and a bit more info (which should not have been needed). I got back another "rejection". At that point I said "screw it" and decided I'd just get gift cards (since really don't need to cash-out much anyway)..........

Longstory, long...... I didn't even pay attention to it for months... and then about a month ago (which would have been about 4 months after I first requested) I see my banking is "set-up"............ so beats me what their deal is........

I haven't tried to cash out yet........ I'm too busy donking off.........

just to clarify: "verification" is different than "banking set-up". You can't cash-out for cash w/o "Banking".

"verification" allows you to redeem SC prizes (not cash) and increases the amount of GC you can buy.
