Holdem Indicator w/ Ignition while playing on Global Holdem Indicator w/ Ignition while playing on Global

Seen some people getting banned for using poker related tools. If I play at the same time on Bovada with Holdem Indicator, and Global with no HUD, is it cool?

Bill might know. By the way that's a nice blue dress you are wearing but it has a few spots on it.

I'm not saying Global is cool with using a hud on another site at the same time you play hudless on GP, but I've been doing that same thing for a long time and have not yet had any issues. Good luck and I hope you get a legit confirmed answer to your question.

I contacted support and they gave me the generic copy paste from their terms.

I'm going to deposit on Global soon and I plan to follow all the rules pertaining to software use and whatever else.

I plan on playing other sites at the same time and I use table tamer and Table Indicator for those.

Will this be a problem? Or would I need to not run these programs at all while I play Global?

Oops, I see this exact question was asked.

I mean I have Indicator and hold-em manager running while playing on Global and have had no issues. Obviously neither interacts with Global's software so I'm not breaching their TOS imo.

As long as the software doesn't work on Global, you're probably safe. Global Poker is a JavaScript app that runs in your browser. The browser prohibits JavaScript code from interacting with any other software running on your computer. It would be a huge security hole if that were possible.

Caveat: if the software you are using does work with Global, there are ways they can detect it.

I got banned from Global while playing on Ignition, I was using Holdem Indicator for Igntion not Global, a few months back.
They accused me of using a HUD but it was only running on Ignition.
So I told them what really happened but they refused to hear it.
So be careful.

Unlikely to be the true reason, as many players run HUDs on other sites while also playing on Global. The HUDs can not interact with Global without some sort of extension or add on that was specifically designed to grab the global data, since they do not write HH files. If you're using something like that, or did in the past, that would be the problem.

Running a hud software on ACR or Iggy or whatever isn't a violation of Globals TOS by definition.

It is the true reason. Whether you choose to believe me or not is your choice.
I dont have any extension or add on that grab hands from GG Poker.
I only use Holdem Indicator for my HUD. I also dont use any other 3rd party software when playing online. Just Holdem Indicator.
