Has anyone else received a positive manual adjustment of their SC balance recently? Has anyone else received a positive manual adjustment of their SC balance recently?

Got a positive "manual adjustment" to my balance. An email also arrived that basically says "enjoy".

Anybody else?

yep!

Go Global!

Any reason for this? I received the same but no clarification e-mail on why.

The confirmation email is literally generic (informationally lacking) and ends with "Happy Holidays and enjoy the free Sweeps Coins!"

1> I am glad to receive it.

2> I do not expect to get any details further, from Global at least.

3> I have always felt that the site is small enough so that the volume of data *should* be relatively manageable from the perspective of game integrity because...

4> This is way more than any freebie promo I could imagine.

Woke up to find an email and a manual adjustment is in my account. Might need to play it though i think (or not)? Not sure whats going on royalty bonus ? cheating? Anyway it was a very very pleasant surprise.

Yep, got the email this morning and expected maybe 5 bucks. Pleasantly surprised by 129. Perhaps rakeback or refunds from a cheat? I play NL50 a pretty minimal amount (about 5 hours a week) but I appreciate the bonus!

Good job Global. I wonder if we all got the same amount.

Did any of you write in sweeps request letters? Forcing a play through from a cheat seems odd.
11-30-2021 , 02:36 PM
I got 30 bucks. Very nice of them. Maybe was a gift for technical issues they have been having.

I received over 400 sweeps coins and played plo100 and 200 on there, though it has been a while. No heads up e-mail or explanation either for the transaction.

$393

mostly played plo 200, 500 the last couple years.

no explanation. fascinating.

I didn't receive anything and I only play NL. Maybe this was PLO players? Possibly a cheater they caught and this is some sort of reimbursement?

Got a pretty huge sum relative to stakes, was just starring in shock for a while.

My volume is 99% at NL50. I assume someone got caught cheating. There's only a couple of players I felt like I couldn't beat, so I'll be interested to see who stops showing up.

Anyway, thankful for Global's game integrity. Really encouraged by that!

Got about 1500, mostly 100nl and 100plo. Bizarre but definitely not complaining. Been on the site for about 4 years, not sure if that matters.

Does not have to be any single player. Could be the result of multiple investigations.

I play almost entirely NL100/NL200

any guesses of who it could be. A reg that played both those stakes recently and has been absent as of late?
Let's not play the guessing game and publicly throw names out there just because, thanks.

I agree and none of that would be productive anyway. Mainly I wanted confirmation from fellow Globals that this happened.

It is my opinion that it is the result of game integrity department at Global.

just received it along with their email, but what does it mean that the 'sweeps coins have to be played through before you can redeem your prizes'?

In poker, that means that you must place enough bets, that are called, that equal that amount before withdrawal.

In casino, it means you must gamble that much before withdrawal.

can you please post the email? I did not receive it. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

I opened a ticket requesting an elaboration, but they refused to explain. "How we chose to position ourselves or promote our product is something we can decide at our sole discretion." Pretty weird to me. But okay.

The individual who answered my ticket was a game integrity team member, by the way.

I'm wondering if you know that this is true, and how you know it. I thought I had read that it simply needed to be bet - not necessarily called. I haven't gotten any response from CS when I asked for clarification.

I think this was confirmed when they changed jaredpoker (I think that was his name) from the standard 1x playthrough to 20x playthrough for something.

I don't recall the thread, and I doubt seriously that tier 1 customer support would even be aware of the distinction. However, I am pretty darn sure about it fwiw.
