Hand History difficult to access Hand History difficult to access

I've returned to global after a long hiatus (I was miffed at being volunteered to "try" world pay early) as it seems to be my best option for on-line play. ( I live in MD) After logging a few hours I went to go review some hand history and have found the interface to be unusable. There's no next page button? I'm hoping that I'm just missing something. I don't like the idea of having to manually change the time on the search function to see each page.

The search function doesn't even work when changing the time.

It is trash.

Agreed. The hand histories is almost unusable, and at this point I would almost rather it just be turned off entirely.

Ugh! That's disappointing 😞. I was hoping that I was just missing something. And yeah it kept crashing when I tried to search. Guess I'm going to have to treat it like a cash game and just take paper notes....

Color me surprised, I just got this response from support.

"Hello John,

Thank you for contacting Global Poker Support.

We appreciate the information you provided.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that, now, the only way to see the hand history is on the player's end, and only the recent cash game hands played (not older than 3months) will be available. We know and do understand that this may frustrate some players but this is currently a work in progress, so stay tuned until such complete hand history feature (including sit&go's and tournaments) will be available in the near future."

They also provided these "helpful" tips....
"The feature available at the site is currently the only way to view the hand history on our players' end and if you are encountering issues, we humbly ask you to try some of this helpful tips:

-Use Chrome or Firefox
-Restart the web browser
-Connect to a stable data connection/Reboot data connection if necessary
-Clear your web browser's cache and cookies
-Disable unnecessary plugins
-Put https://globalpoker.com/ on your pop-up blockers' white list (alternatively, temporarily disable your pop-up blocker)
-Put https://globalpoker.com/ on your anti-malware's white list (alternatively, temporarily disable your pop-up blocker)
-Refrain from using VPN's (Virtual Private Network)
-Close all other unnecessary running background applications
-Reinstall web browser and update it to the latest version.

We hope this helps but if the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
Regards,

Dirk"

Well that looks like good news at least.

I'm having a similar issue, as far as hh pretty much being unusable on this site. At the very least, i would like to be able to manually calculate winrates... is there a way to see how many hands you played in a session? When I click on hh it just shows a small bit of hands and cant seem to find anything else

As far as I know there's no count of your hands played. Even the daily challenges track "flops seen". Personally I use an app that tracks my sessions like you would in a live game and try to take paper notes on big hands. You can also open the share hand link from the dealer chat and log those same big hands.

Gotcha yea I was hoping to find a count of hands played, "flops seen" doesn't do me any good in terms of finding a winrate, but thanks, hopefully this software gets better, if even just a little bit.

I'd like to point out that it's still the same crippled hand history reviewer more than 6 months later. Their soon is way different than mine.

It's 12 months later and still no sign of an updated hand history tool....
I have to wonder what "Near Future" actuality means.

ya its the worst hand history in online poker history. You have to click by table name and it shows a list of hands you played on that table.
